1.What’s your weather policy?
We will get in contact with you within 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking to discuss weather conditions if the weather is forecast to be average according to Willy Weather.
If the weather isn’t going to be the best, you have two options:
a) We can provide you with a full refund (if you’ve already paid in full) and cancel your booking – no cancellation fees apply.
b) You can choose to go ahead with your booking, fully aware that if we arrive, set up the castle and it then starts raining, that we are unable to provide any refund/still require you to pay in full.
2.What are your payment terms?
In order to secure your castle booking a 50% deposit will be taken upon booking. The remainder needs to be paid prior to delivery.
Payment options include:
a) If booking online directly, you’re able to pay in full if you wish. Please note there will be booking fees and/or credit card surcharges applicable.
b) You can contact us and pay over the phone with a credit/debit card, no fees apply.
3. What’s your damages policy?
The castles are checked upon delivery and when picking them up. If there are any damages noted upon collection of the castle, any costs associated with repairing any damage or cleaning the bouncy castle due to improper use or failure to follow correct use procedures will be charged to the hirer. (Correct use/rules of castle use are provided on the day).
4. We won’t have access to power where we’re holding our event, can we still hire a castle?
Yes. We can provide generators with your castle hire for $60 per generator, per castle.
5. Can your castles be used wet and dry?
Our 5x5m castles can be used wet or dry. If you decide to use with water please let us know upon booking to secure the attachment.
If the castle is to be collected within a 4 hour booking we recommend turning the water off 45 mins prior to pick up. If the castle is wet upon collection a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking.
Any castle booked for the full 4hrs will be collected 30 minutes after the booking finishes. The castle must be dry upon collection so we recommend turning the water off 45 mins prior to pick up. If the castle is wet upon collection a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking.
Any castle that is booked for the whole day and used wet will need to be dry upon collection within the booking window. We recommend turning the water off 45 mins prior to collection time. If the castle is wet upon collection a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking
6. Where do you deliver?
We’ve delivered castles as far south as Harvey and as far north as Perth. We’re happy to take our castles anywhere, travel fees may apply to suburbs further than 20km from the CBD of Mandurah.
7. We won’t be able to supervise the castle ourselves, can we hire someone who can?
Yes. We have supervisors available to book with your castle hire. Each of our supervisors hold working with children checks and first aid qualifications. Rates for supervisor hire are $30 per hour Monday to Saturday or $50 per hour for Sunday’s and Public Holidays.
8. What packages do you have available?
We offer 4 hour, 8 hour and overnight hire options. Each castle has their own cost and can be found here
9. Are you insured?
Absolutely. We hold Public Liability Insurance.
